Return & Refund Policy

At Heartprint Threads, we want every product to find the right home.

If your purchase isn't quite what you hoped for, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in clean, resalable condition and free from:

  • Stains

  • Odours

  • Pet hair

  • Excessive wear

  • Damage caused after delivery

We understand that sometimes a product needs to be seen in your home to know if it's the right fit. Products may be carefully opened, handled, and evaluated before being returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

Duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Purchases from Retail Partners

If you purchased your Heartprint Threads product from one of our retail partners, please contact the original retailer regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds. Returns and exchanges are subject to the retailer's individual policies.

Because purchases made through retail partners are processed through their systems, we may not have access to order details, pricing, or purchase information needed to complete a return or refund directly.

That said, we care deeply about our customers and are always happy to work with both you and the retailer to help find the best solution. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or product issue, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will work quickly to make things right.

Product Characteristics

Our woven blankets may include slight variations in colour, texture, weave, or professionally repaired threads that occur during the manufacturing process. Minor shedding may occur, particularly during the first uses and washes. These characteristics are normal for woven products and are not manufacturing defects.

Comfort and texture preferences are subjective and may vary from person to person. Perceived softness, texture, or feel are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Products returned in unsellable condition
